The Sean Ellis Test
What is "The Sean Ellis Test"?
The Sean Ellis Test is a method for measuring product-market fit.
It was created by entrepreneur Sean Ellis, who found that traditional methods for measuring product-market fit were ineffective.
The test involves surveying early adopters of a product and asking them how they would feel if they could no longer use the product. If at least 40% of respondents indicate that they would be very disappointed or extremely disappointed without the product, then it is considered to have achieved product-market fit.
The Sean Ellis Test is used by many startups and entrepreneurs to validate their ideas and ensure that they are building products that truly meet the needs of their customers.
